As a Team Member in HR for RP Goenka International School, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day HR operations and contributing to a wide range of HR functions. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree in HR or Business is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in HR management. Excellent communication skills in English, strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing environments, stakeholder management skills, and attention to detail are essential qualities for success in this position.
