Staff Test Automation Engineer

Running scrums, handling client calls, unblocking teams, building conversational designs and flows, and measuring the performance of shipped bots are all the things you will do daily while making sure that all stakeholders are aligned and that communication flow is happening in all directions.

You will be juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously which will make each day very different and exciting than the previous.

What would you do?

Work with the Development & Implementation team to validate the business requirements.

Test business goals within the framework of the platform, keeping the user experience at the center of the thought process.

Utilize project management tools, such as JIRA, to track progress, manage tasks, and communicate project updates.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Rigorously follow up with the internal team to unblock critical tasks, and be a mentor for the bot-building process.

Strong technical acumen to effectively translate client requests and requirements into actionable tasks.

Be a champion of communication and document project deliverables, timeline, status, and dependency matrix regularly. Be a part of scrums and sprints and help the team communicate business goals.

Give inputs in the development roadmap for the delivery team and provide relevant insights to the internal stakeholders.

Who Should Apply?

Fresher / 1 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably on a consumer-facing product. Bachelor's / Master's in Engineering.

Strong understanding of the consumer internet ecosystem. Previous experience of working in Chatbots/AI domain a plus.

High-level understanding of various tech platforms like Android, iOS, Web, Voice, etc. Experience working in startups or successful entrepreneurial adventures. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Self-driven, Multi-tasker, Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.

Requirements are such a strong word.
