Job Description

Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the POD team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence-

Architecture and Design : Lead the design and architecture of StartOps portals and software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability- Apply Platform first approach to design-

Development : Hands-on development of high-quality software solutions using the latest technologies and best practices-

Code Reviews : Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to industry standards-

Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine project requirements, timelines, and deliverables-

Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team-

Problem Solving : Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the successful delivery of projects-

What You ll bring :

Experience : 12~15 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on modern technologies and frameworks-

Technical Skills :

Front-End : Expertise in React, or Vue-js-

Back-End : Proficiency in Node-js, Python, Java-

Database : Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as AzureSQL, MongoDB and GraphDB like MilvusDB-

Cloud : Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform-

DevOps : Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Custom Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code-

Testing : Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or Selenium-

Leadership : Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams-

Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills-

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders-

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field-

Minimum Qualifications---

Minimum Qualifications:Option 1: Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years experience in software engineering or related area-Option 2: 6 years experience in software engineering or related area-

Preferred Qualifications---

Master s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years experience in software engineering or related area
