Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (code reviews, unit testing, etc.).
Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design through implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality product to our users.
Implement software that is simple to use, allowing customers to extend and customize functionality to meet their specific needs.
Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite.
Collaborate across teams, mentor colleagues, and promote knowledge-sharing.

To be successful in this role you have:

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
Hands-on
AI-based coding expertise
with tools such as
Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar platforms
.
10+ years of experience with
Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
(or a similar object-oriented programming language).
Passion for the Web as a platform, with emphasis on reusability and componentization.
Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
Familiarity with
RDF and SPARQL
is very nice to have, but not a hard requirement. Experience with other graph databases or graph technologies would also be helpful.
Experience working with relational databases, including development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Exposure to multiple technology stacks: cloud development, platforms, web development, frameworks, or service-oriented architecture.
Ability to manage multiple projects with material technical risk across teams and processes; may serve as a functional lead or technical owner.
