Staff SoC RTL Designer

Role Overview: You will be joining Lattice Semiconductor as a Staff SoC RTL Design Engineer in Pune, India. The focus of your role will be on FPGA projects, working closely with the HW design team on IP design and full chip integration. Key Responsibilities: - Work on RTL design using best-in-class coding styles, algorithms, and both Verilog and System Verilog. - Engage in SoC integration and quality checks such as lint, CDC, RDC, SDC, etc. - Collaborate with architects and micro-architect teams to define design specifications. - Educate the existing FPGA team on best-known-methods and learn from them about the complexities of highly programmable FPGA fabrics. - Drive logic design of key FPGA blocks and full chip to accelerate design time and enhance design quality. - Ensure design quality through assertions, checkers, and scripting. - Develop strong relationships with teams worldwide. - Mentor and foster strong partnerships and collaborations. - Be open to occasional travel as required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in driving logic design across various silicon projects. - Expertise in SoC integration, micro-architecture definition, and selecting 3rd party IP. - Familiarity with ARM processor, AXI, AMBA bus, ENET, PCIE, safety and security protocols, and debug architecture. - Experience working with FPGA designs, use-cases, and design considerations is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and lead. - Proven track record of collaborating with multiple groups across different sites and time zones.
