As a Staff Product Manager at Solargraf, you will play a crucial role in managing the full product life cycle from discovery to execution and launch. Your responsibilities will include defining clear, measurable goals, implementing best-in-class product management processes, and driving product strategy for new and existing markets. You will be the Voice of the Customer (VOC), connecting with real-world customers to understand their needs and pain points, ensuring a successful product offering. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full product life cycle, overseeing from discovery to execution and launch. - Define clear, measurable goals and objectives for success. - Drive product strategy, planning, and execution for new and existing markets. - Own the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and represent it internally. - Contribute to the business and technical success of the product as a Product Owner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize key features and functionality. - Provide wireframes, mock-ups, or other design materials to communicate product experience. - Support and enable sales and customer success teams.
