Experienced Candidates Preferred

• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
• Monitor and record patient vitals, symptoms, and progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Assist doctors during rounds and in performing medical procedures.
• Provide bedside care and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Morning care, Medication rounds, Dressing changes
• Admission & discharge formalities
• Maintain infection control practices and patient hygiene.
• Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, and other departments for tests and results.
• Handover patient information properly during shift changes.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of medical equipment and crash carts.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, and patient rights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Rotational shift
