Develop and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes. Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
