Job Description

Proper handing and taking over happens for the entire admitted patient each time and every time as per protocol. To co-ordinate for ensuring smooth and safe transport of the patient within and outside the hospital. To follow all the clinical instruction as per the Doctors order on time which include: Vital Signs monitoring. Patient and Personal Hygiene. Following HICC protocol, ISBAR, AIDET Scripts, HAI Care Bundle and IPSG and other checklists. Structured entry in Nurses record. Right medication to right patient on time Sample collected and send for processing. Safe transfusion. Safe IV canulation To closely monitor and asses vulnerable and bedridden patient to ensure no single patient fall or bedsore happen to patient. To check the inventory before each shift as assigned by the incharge. To ensure the personal property are handed over to the relative once patient get admitted. To ensure all the information regarding to patient rights, treatment information and patient safety is communicate to each and every admitted patient. To have regular clear communication with Doctors, Wards, Pharmacy, Radiology, Front office OT,ICU, to minimize the communication gap and optimize the nursing care. To ensure that the privacy of patient is maintained during the entire course of treatment, procedure, investigation and during transport. To ensure that in case of all Insurance and Corporate patient all the necessary entries are completed on time accurately to reduce the billing turnaround time. 8 hours of mandatory CNE to be attended in a month . Responsible for the assigned patients overall requirement and ensure patients needs are met.
