Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and caring Part-time Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The role involves performing nursing procedures, monitoring patient health, and providing support to patients and their families to ensure comfort and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, IV/IM injections, catheterization, and vital sign monitoring at patients’ homes.
• Assist patients with daily activities and basic medical needs.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the concerned doctor/healthcare team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on aftercare, medication schedules, and health management.
• Maintain accurate visit records and submit daily reports to the office.
• Adhere to professional ethics and infection control guidelines during all visits.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.Sc in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing council registration.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home care experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within Bengaluru for home visits.

Working Hours & Compensation

• Minimum 3 hours/day .
• ₹300 per visit .

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹400.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 21 per week
