STAFF NURSE / OT Nurse

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse/OT Nurse to join our dynamic team at Advanced GroHair and GloSkin Clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing hair restoration treatments and skin procedures in both clinical and operating room settings. This role involves ensuring a smooth flow of activities in the OT and assisting during surgeries, while also offering pre and post-procedure care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Procedure Care:
• Assist in preparing patients for surgery or treatment procedures.
• Ensure patients are comfortable and informed about their treatments.
• Monitor and record patient vitals, ensuring safety prior to surgery or procedure.
• OT Assistance:
• Prepare operating rooms with the necessary surgical instruments and sterile supplies.
• Assist the surgical team during procedures, including hair transplant surgeries and skin treatments.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Assist in positioning patients and ensuring they are comfortable during the procedure.
• Monitor patient vitals during surgeries and ensure their safety.
• Post-Procedure Care:
• Monitor patients in recovery after surgery or treatment.
• Provide patient education regarding post-procedure care and recovery plans.
• Address any concerns and assist with the management of post-operative discomfort or complications.
• Follow up with patients to ensure proper healing and satisfaction with the results.
• Administrative and Clinical Support:
• Maintain patient records and ensure all necessary information is documented.
• Assist with inventory management of medical supplies and equipment in the OT and clinic.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Nursing Degree: ANM/ GNM/ BSc Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
• Experience:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an OT or clinical nursing environment (cosmetic surgery or dermatology experience is preferred).
• Experience with hair transplant, laser treatments, or aesthetic procedures is a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent patient care skills with the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
• Strong knowledge of infection control, sterilization practices, and medical safety protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and the medical team.
• Ability to assist with various medical procedures and provide high-quality care.
