Experience Required: 2+ years in Digital Marketing Remuneration: 15K to 25K About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Intermediate Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, scaling ads effectively, and improving key metrics like Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home initially, with the opportunity to transition to a fully office-based role by the end of the year. Responsibilities: Google Ads & Meta Ads Management: Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to reduce CPL and improve ROAS. Manage budgets and ensure maximum efficiency across ad spend. Account Management: Handle multiple ad accounts with consistent performance tracking and reporting. Ensure regular communication with clients and internal teams regarding campaign progress. Performance Optimization: Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives. Continuously refine ad targeting, keywords, and bidding strategies. Reporting & Analytics: Generate detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights. Use tools like Google Analytics to track user behavior and campaign results. Ecommerce & Amazon Sponsored Ads (Bonus): Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads (if applicable). Develop strategies to drive sales and improve product visibility on e-commerce platforms. Communication & Collaboration: Communicate campaign strategies and results clearly to clients or team members. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align digital marketing efforts. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Solid understanding of key digital marketing terminologies (e.g., CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPA). Proven track record of scaling campaigns and reducing CPL. Experience with account management and client communications. Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
