Staff Nurse (NICU)

You will join our team as a NICU Nurse at Eastfort Trivandrum, providing specialized care for premature and newborn infants. Experienced candidates are preferred, although freshers are also encouraged to apply. Your responsibilities will include assisting NICU physicians in medical procedures, using and adjusting specialized medical equipment, formulating nursing plans, and evaluating treatment effectiveness. Additionally, you will provide comfort to sick newborns and support to anxious parents and family members. Educating parents on at-home care for their newborns will also be a crucial part of your role. This is a permanent position with a rotational shift schedule and a yearly bonus. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably with 8 years of nursing experience and 8 years of NICU experience. A Nursing License is required for this role, and the work location is in person.,
