Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Nurse located in the Mohali district. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role includes coordinating with healthcare team members to create and execute patient care plans, educating patients and their families about health conditions, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and patient safety are maintained.

Qualifications

• Nursing education and clinical skills, including knowledge of nursing procedures and protocols
• Strong patient care abilities and experience in administering medications
• Proficiency in monitoring patient conditions and maintaining accurate records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members
• Experience with patient education and support
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient safety
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a relevant field
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus
