Staff Nurse

Job Description

Joshi Multi Speciality Hospital, Selaqui, Dehradun, is seeking experienced and compassionate Staff Nurses to join its nursing team. The hospital provides healthcare services across Medicine, Gynecology, Surgery, Orthopedics, and Urology and is committed to delivering safe, ethical, and patient-focused care.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of hospital nursing experience
• Qualification: GNM or BSc Nursing
• Valid Nursing Council Registration mandatory
• ICU / ICCU / HDU experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care as per hospital protocols
• Monitor patient condition and record vital signs
• Administer medications and assist doctors during procedures
• Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation
• Follow infection control and patient safety guidelines
• Respond to emergencies and support critical care services
• Educate patients and attendants as required

Skills Required

• Strong clinical and patient-care skills
• Ability to work in shifts and high-pressure environments
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
