Job Description – ICU Nurse Role: Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Responsibilities: Monitor, assess, and record vital signs and clinical condition of patients. Administer medications, IV infusions, and life-support interventions as per doctor’s orders. Operate and maintain ICU equipment (ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps). Provide immediate response to medical emergencies (CPR, code blue). Ensure strict infection control practices. Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for patient care. Support patient families with updates and counseling. Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with ICU experience preferred. Job Description – Labour Room Nurse Role: Support mothers through all stages of childbirth and provide immediate neonatal care. Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain the labour room for deliveries. Assist obstetricians/gynecologists during normal and complicated deliveries. Monitor maternal and fetal condition (CTG, vital signs). Provide emotional and physical support to mothers in labour. Handle newborn care including resuscitation, APGAR scoring, breastfeeding support. Maintain records and ensure infection prevention protocols. Assist in emergency obstetric procedures. Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with experience in maternity/labour room. Job Description – OT Nurse (Scrub & Circulating)Role: Provide pre, intra, and post-operative nursing care in the Operation Theatre. Responsibilities: Prepare OT with sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies. Act as scrub nurse assisting surgeons during procedures. Act as circulating nurse ensuring smooth workflow inside OT. Maintain strict aseptic and sterile techniques. Monitor patient condition during surgery (under anesthesia). Count instruments and swabs before/after procedures. Support post-operative recovery and shift patients safely. Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with OT training/experience.
