Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and compassionate ICU & ER Nurses to join our critical care team. The ideal candidates will have experience in handling high-pressure situations, providing intensive care, and responding swiftly to medical emergencies. This role demands clinical expertise, emotional resilience, and a patient-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU and Emergency departments.
• Monitor and manage life-support equipment, ventilators, and other critical medical devices.
• Assess and document patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and medical conditions.
• Administer emergency medications and initiate life-saving procedures when required.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams during code blue and trauma cases.
• Prepare patients for surgeries, diagnostic tests, or emergency interventions.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely documentation of nursing care.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols rigorously.
• Offer emotional support to patients and families during critical situations.
• Participate in emergency drills and ongoing training sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ICU or ER preferred.
• Strong understanding of ICU protocols, emergency procedures, and critical care.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and act decisively in emergencies.
• Excellent communication, observation, and decision-making skills.
