Staff Nurse- GNM/BSC Nursing (PNRC)

As a Nurse in our organization, you will be responsible for providing total care to the allotted patients. This includes compliance with nursing manuals/protocols at all times while on duty, following medical prescriptions/orders, and meeting patients" needs. You will also be expected to maintain minimum housekeeping standards and interface with related departments. Key Responsibilities: - Complete handover/takeover of assigned patients, including physically checking patients and their units - Perform special assignments such as checking crash carts, inventory, or any other tasks assigned by the in-charge - Plan, organize, and deliver nursing care in line with organizational values, promoting health and preventing complications - Maintain nursing records, including nurses" notes, charts, consents, and initial assessment data for all assigned patients following protocols - Ensure continuity of care through clear verbal and written communication with all departments and internal/external customers - Receive and orient newly admitted patients and collect/send all relevant documents for transfers or discharges - Perform nursing procedures according to department protocols - Provide relevant health education to patients and families and document the same - Attend to dying patients with seriousness and accompany deceased individuals to the mortuary - Administer contrast as directed by the radiologist Qualifications Required: - Education: Diploma (Required) - Experience: Nursing: 1 year, total work: 1 year (Required) - Language: Hindi, Punjabi & English (Preferred) - License/Certification: Punjab Nursing License (Required),
