A staff nurse's core responsibilities revolve around providing direct patient care, encompassing assessment, medication administration, monitoring, and education.   • Assessment: Evaluating patients' conditions, identifying needs, and developing appropriate care plans.
  • Medication Administration: Safely and accurately administering prescribed medications, including oral, intravenous, and other routes.
  • Monitoring: Closely observing patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall well-being, and reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.
  • Treatment Assistance: Assisting physicians and other healthcare professionals with various medical procedures and treatments.
  • Patient and Family Education: Providing clear and concise information to patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
  • Maintaining Patient Records: Accurately documenting all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Admissions, Transfers, and Discharges: Overseeing the process of admitting, transferring, and discharging patients according to established procedures.

Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Working closely with physicians, other nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  • Delegation and Supervision: Delegating appropriate tasks to other nurses, such as nursing assistants, and supervising their performance.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
