Staff nurses, also known as registered nurses (RNs), provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans. Implement care plans: Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and execute individualized care plans. Provide direct patient care: Offer support and assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
