Job Description

Skills & Abilities: Strong clinical skills and understanding of patient care principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care with a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes. Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems and documentation standards. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care Assessment & Documentation Infection Control & Safety Patient Education Emergency Response Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times. Empathetic, with a genuine desire to make a difference in patient care and recovery.
