Job Description

As a Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct medical and personal care to patients. This includes monitoring patient conditions, administering prescribed medications, and assisting with treatments and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Perform physical examinations and monitor vital signs - Report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team - Maintain accurate and detailed medical records - Document patient symptoms and prepare reports - Work with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Implement care plans - Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care - May supervise and guide less experienced nursing staff, nursing students, and support personnel Qualifications Required: - Valid nursing license - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a team environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation As a full-time, permanent employee, you will be entitled to benefits such as paid time off and Provident Fund.
