Job Description

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Centre is hiring Staff Nurses to provide compassionate care and support to patients undergoing fertility treatments. The role involves assisting doctors, managing patient care, coordinating procedures, and ensuring high standards of medical service.

This position is suitable for candidates with ANM, GNM, Diploma Nursing, B.Sc Nursing, or any relevant degree/work experience who are committed to patient well-being and professional nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients undergoing IVF and fertility treatments
• Assist doctors during procedures and consultations
• Monitor patient health and maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients about treatment processes and post-procedure care
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and hygiene standards
• Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and families

Qualifications

• ANM, GNM, Diploma Nursing, B.Sc Nursing, or equivalent qualification
• Relevant work experience in hospitals, clinics, or fertility centers preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with empathy, patience, and professionalism
