Healthcare Coordinator

Job Purpose

The Couple Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of couples undergoing fertility and pregnancy treatments.

Education Qualification Mandatory:

• Life Sciences / Biotechnology
• Psychology
• Medical Social Work
• Healthcare / Hospital Management

Preferred:

• BHMS,BNYS,BAMS,MSC ,MSW
• Master’s Degree in:
• Healthcare / Hospital Management
• Psychology / Medical Social Work
• Certification or training in IVF / Fertility Counseling (added advantage)

Experience

• 1–3 years experience in:
• IVF / Fertility clinics
• Hospitals or healthcare centers
• Patient coordination or counseling roles
• Freshers with relevant education and strong communication skills may also be considered

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and patient-handling abilities
• High level of empathy, sensitivity, and confidentiality
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, hospital software)
• Fluency in English and local language is mandatory
