Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients. Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Medical Support: Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries. Prepare and maintain equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing interventions. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Report any changes in patient condition to the medical team promptly. Ensure compliance with documentation standards and confidentiality protocols. Health Education and Counseling: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families during recovery. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
