Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, support doctors in medical procedures, and ensure a safe and clean environment in accordance with medical standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.

Monitor, assess, and document patient health conditions and progress.

Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans.

Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation in medical records.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards in the clinical area.

Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Participate in training, workshops, and team meetings as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.

Registered with the [State/National] Nursing Council.

[0-3+] years of clinical experience preferred (freshers may also apply).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills for electronic medical records.
