Staff Nurse

Job description

• Carryout the medications according to standing instructions.
• Maintain personal hygiene and comfort of the patient.
• Implement and maintain ward policies routines.
• Coordinate patient care with other team members.
• Take rounds with the doctors and carryout new orders.
• Assisting doctors in various medical surgical diagnostic procedures.
• Prepare patients for operations.
• Attend last offices in case of a patient dying.
• Carry out admission and discharge procedures.
• Maintain all the records.
• Maintain consent form, checklist, investigation reports, vital signs charts, charts:

Take special care of MLC papers records.
Write day night orders Maintains ward statistics.

Educational Functions

• Help in orientation of New Staff Students.
• Extend cooperation and participate in clinical teaching.
• Provide for and demonstrate methods and procedures whenever needed.
• Participate in in-service education programmes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Nursing: 2 years (Preferred)
