Staff Engineer, Teamcenter (AIG)

• Total experience 7+years.
• Experience in development, support, and maintenance of AIG products with Pipeline Designer, T4S, T4ST.
• Experience in designing and implementing AIG (T4s, T4ST , T4EA , CN4T and CN4S) solutions in Teamcenter.
• Strong background in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, system testing, solution delivery, and UAT support.
• Experience in custom Web Services development using T4EA to create Teamcenter objects and send them in JSON format to ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience in Pipeline Designer development.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations, to gather data, feedback, and insights.
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends, process improvement tools, and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Proven ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence within the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client s needs in the context of the project.
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
• Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs.
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
