Job Description

As a Scribe Design Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be part of the Scribe Design Non-Array (SDNA) team, which is responsible for designing, laying out, and verifying CMOS electrical test structures. These structures play a crucial role in CMOS device development, compact modeling, reliability modeling, and Fab process monitoring. Your role will involve collaborating with Engineers in India, Japan, and the US to contribute to physical layout, floor planning, and verification through DRC and in-house tools. You will have the opportunity to work on various technology types at Micron. Your specific responsibilities will include: - Understanding technology challenges and providing CMOS Test Structure design and layout solutions for different process technology nodes - Verifying the integrity of the TEG design through LVS, DRC, E-simulation, and in-house tools - Driving forums with customers to ensure high satisfaction - Attending area meetings, coordinating activities related to Scribe scheduling, design, improvement, and Tape Out - Learning and applying Micron Layout methodology, simulations, and automation for TEG solutions - Understanding the Fab Quality performance of Scribe designs - Continuously improving the accuracy and repeatability of structures using metrics and data - Providing technical advice to senior management on CMOS TEG design solutions and automation - Leading complex projects critical for SCRIBE Design solutions - Mentoring junior engineers in the scribe team - Enhancing existing methodologies quickly and providing quality enhancements and CT improvement - Generating innovative ideas to improve processes and solve existing problems Micron Technology, Inc. is a global leader in memory and storage solutions, dedicated to transforming how the world uses information to enrich life.
