Role Overview: As a member of Nagarro, you will be responsible for writing and reviewing high-quality code. You will need to thoroughly understand functional requirements and analyze clients' needs within the project context. Additionally, you will be required to envision solutions for functional and non-functional requirements, define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to implement them, and determine design methodologies and tool sets. Your role will involve coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities to enable application development, as well as leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts. You will also be expected to create, understand, and validate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and estimated effort for assigned modules/tasks, justify them, address issues promptly, respond positively to setbacks, and give constructive feedback to team members. Your responsibilities will also include helping the team troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs, proposing solutions during code/design reviews, and conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure that the suggested designs/technologies meet requirements.
