Staff Engineer - Frontend

Your role involves leveraging your solid background in modern frontend development with a minimum of 8 years of experience, including 3+ years focused on React or React Native. An in-depth understanding of JavaScript fundamentals is essential, along with expertise in rendering processes for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in front-end build systems like Webpack, Vite, Yarn, and Lerna is a must. Your experience should demonstrate the ability to build high-performing web applications and optimize performance across various platforms effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, architect, and develop aspects of web, mobile, and chrome extension projects - Participate actively in technical planning, recruitment, and team skills development - Translate business requirements into system specifications, design documents, and application requirements - Conceptualize and guide development project direction, ensuring best practices adherence - Analyze critical incidents, identify root causes, and work on sustainable resolutions - Iterate and enhance areas of the frontend division, such as design systems, product analytics, data management, and developer experience - Generate innovative ideas, create software prototypes, and minimum viable products that introduce new business capabilities - Evaluate, analyze, and lead the adoption of emerging technologies and practices to enhance software delivery Qualifications Required: - Solid background in modern frontend development with at least 8 years of experience - 3+ years of experience specifically in React or React Native - Strong knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals - Proficiency in front-end build systems like Webpack, Vite, Yarn, and Lerna - Experience in building complex and high-performing web applications - Expertise in measuring and optimizing performance across different platforms - Experience in creating and executing test cases, including unit testing, snapshot testing, and integration tests - Familiarity with enhancing CI/CD pipelines, particularly in a monorepo setup - Ability to set up tracking mechanisms and enhance frontend performance for web and mobile environments - Reasonable understanding of backend systems and product design is advantageous - B.Tech degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a Tier 1 institution is preferred If you meet these qualifications and have the necessary skills in modern frontend development, web and mobile applications, and JavaScript, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity based in Gurugram (Hybrid).,
