Staff Consultant- Java

Role Overview: You will be working as a Support Engineer for Infrastructure Support with experience in Java, AppDynamics, Monitoring, and PLSQL. Your role will involve Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience. You will be responsible for SLA management, Prod critical issues monitoring, escalation, and resolution. Additionally, you will utilize your exposure in ServiceNow Portal and organizational change procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your experience in Java development, process automation, application health monitoring tools, and DevOps. - Lead troubleshooting during production to ensure smooth operations. - Coordinate stability efforts with Development and the program team to achieve expected application performance levels. - Promote reuse of existing products/functionality and collaborate with the team to consistently apply standard processes. - Work closely with other engineers to elevate technology and take shared responsibility for team efforts. - Collaborate multi-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers, and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions. - Attend local meetups to gain and share knowledge with the community.
