Staff Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Staff Business Intelligence Analyst (Tableau, SQL), your role will involve driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. Your expertise in BI tools, data visualization, and advanced analytics will be crucial in transforming raw data into actionable insights that enhance business performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. - Extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business intelligence requirements and deliver insightful solutions. - Present key findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders clearly and compellingly. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance by implementing best practices in data management. - Conduct advanced analytics to drive strategic initiatives. - Mentor and support junior BI analysts to enhance overall team capability. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role. - Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL for querying and data manipulation. Experience with Tableau is preferred, but candidates with expertise in other BI tools will also be considered. - An understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and database management. - Experience with Google BigQuery is a bonus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable business strategies. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.,
