Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy / Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The role involves handling routine administrative and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Handle basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and delivering documents.
• Assist in receiving and dispatching courier and mail.
• Support administrative staff in day-to-day office work.
• Manage pantry supplies and assist with office inventory.
• Run errands such as bank visits, post office work, and other office-related tasks.
• Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready before client visits or meetings.
• Assist in setting up equipment and materials for meetings or events.
• Handle minor office maintenance or coordinate with vendors for repairs.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
• Prior experience as an office boy or helper preferred.
• Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks responsibly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
