Staff Accountant - Tax - One M&A

In this role, your responsibilities will include assisting the team in ensuring compliance with clients" corporate income tax requirements in accordance with the statutory regulations. You will also be involved in handling corporate tax, M&A tax, and restructuring mandates for clients, requiring a solid understanding of corporate tax laws, both domestic and international. Knowledge of other relevant laws such as FEMA and SEBI would be advantageous. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate strong people and client management skills, along with exceptional communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a CA IPCC qualification and possess strong analytical capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a keen focus on client relationship management, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
