Staff Accountant - Rebates

Your role will involve analyzing financial data, identifying variances, resolving accounting system issues, compiling statistical information, and developing procedures to enhance existing processes. In addition, you will research a range of financial topics to provide insights and recommendations that impact the organization's operations. Your responsibilities will include general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting in compliance with accounting principles and practices. Adherence to internal controls and interaction with various levels within the organization will be key aspects of your role. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred, along with experience in general ledger accounting and reconciliation in a corporate setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Outlook, is required, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong Excel skills, experience in preparing detailed accounting schedules, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this position.
