Job Description

As a part of Numerator, you will be contributing to reinventing the market research industry by empowering leading brands and retailers with valuable insights into consumer behavior and influencers. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate reporting, improving the monthly close process, and assisting in the development and enhancement of accounting policies, procedures, reporting controls, and financial compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Overall GAAP accounting oversight. - End-to-end FAM accounting, including the preparation of Fixed Asset schedule and asset disposal accounting. - Conducting Balance Sheet reconciliations. - Handling Lease accounting. - Understanding and implementing accounting policies. - Assisting in the month-end close process and preparing the monthly reporting package. - Generating various accounting reports. Qualifications Required: - Background in accounting or finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Formulas, and VLOOKUP functions. - Demonstrated self-motivation, creativity, and innovative problem-solving skills. - Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail. - Familiarity with NetSuite and Blackline software. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be working from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM to contribute effectively to Numerator's success in shaping the future of market intelligence.,
