Job Description: Computer Hardware Monitoring Executive

Job Summary:

The Computer Hardware Monitoring Executive will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the plant/office.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals

Troubleshoot hardware issues (system not starting, slow performance, device errors)

Install & configure PCs, operating systems, printers, and accessories

Check network connectivity (LAN, internet – basic level)

Maintain IT hardware inventory and records

Coordinate with IT vendors / service providers for repairs and replacements

Perform routine hardware health checks

Provide basic IT support to users

Ensure minimum downtime of systems

Follow company IT policies and SOPs

Required Qualifications:

ITI (Computer / Hardware / Electronics)

OR

Diploma in Computer / IT / Electronics

OR

Any Graduate with computer hardware certification

Experience Required:

2 to 3 years of experience in:

Computer hardware support

Desktop / laptop troubleshooting

Office or plant IT environment

Technical Skills:

Computer hardware troubleshooting

Windows OS installation & support

Printer & peripheral support

Basic networking (LAN, IP, internet)

IT asset management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
