SST Teacher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Social Studies Teacher who can teach History, Geography, Civics, and Economics up to Class 10. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social science concepts, the ability to explain real-world applications, and a commitment to fostering curiosity and awareness among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics as per the school curriculum.
• Prepare engaging and interactive lesson plans, notes, and activities to enhance learning.
• Develop students’ understanding of social, political, and cultural concepts through creative methods.
• Evaluate and assess students’ performance through tests, projects, and assignments.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Organize and guide students in educational projects, exhibitions, and events related to social studies.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and contribute to overall school development.
• Support students in improving general awareness and current affairs knowledge.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in History, Geography, Political Science, or related subject
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (Freshers with strong subject knowledge may apply)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to integrate maps, charts, and visuals effectively in teaching
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and methods

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and qualification)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
