SSE - JAVA Fullstack

Role Overview: As a Java Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop, test, and maintain applications following established processes. You will be expected to build a holistic understanding of the underlying applications and domain. Reporting to the Delivery Manager or Senior Delivery Manager, you will work with a focus on Java, JEE, frameworks like Spring MVC and Spring Boot, as well as Fullstack skills such as Angular or React. Additionally, you will be involved in building Rest services, developing test cases using JUnit and Mockito, and understanding versioning, branching, and deployment tools. Knowledge of Database Concepts & SQL, API Testing tools like Postman and Insomnia, as well as Microservices and Cloud Computing Concepts, will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain technical designs based on requirements - Develop application code for programs while following coding standards - Develop and execute unit tests - Complete Analysis & documentation as required by the project - Support application testing and resolve test defects - Report status updates as required by the project - Follow established project execution processes - Resolve queries/issues and provide Application/functional support to peers & juniors - Build holistic understanding of applications & underlying domain being supported - Knowledge sharing Qualification Required: - Education: Graduate with a Bachelor's degree (any stream) - Strong technical skills with knowledge of SDLC - Good aptitude, positive attitude, strong reasoning, and communication skills - Must be a good team player with good analytical skills and research-oriented approach - Sound knowledge of Principal Financial Group specific application - Ability to resolve questions/issues related to the application as a Subject matter expert - Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders Please note that the company-specific details were not provided in the job description.,
