Located in Bangalore, this full-time on-site role will require you to lead the sales team, devise effective sales strategies, and meet sales objectives. Your daily responsibilities will involve identifying potential clients, nurturing existing client relationships, and monitoring market trends. Collaboration with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and designing training programs for the sales team will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS model, with a maximum of 3-4 years of experience in selling software such as SolidWorks, PTC, NX CAD, Ansys, Altair, Simulia, and COMSOL. Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills are essential. Effective communication, interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to analyze market trends and formulate sales strategies are key requirements. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. A background in Engineering at the Bachelor's level or a Diploma in mechanical is preferred.
