Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, etc.)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Service Cloud Voice• Experience with Amazon Connect or similar telephony/contact center platforms• Basic experience with AWS services like Lambda or API Gateway• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security• Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Github)• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory)• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification• Experience with Einstein Bots, Sentiment Analysis, or Transcription• Familiarity with Voice Call Flows and AWS Connect integrations• AWS Cloud Practitioner or Associate-level certification (a plus)
