Role & responsibilities

  • Brand Building & Public Relations

    :

    Manage relationships with media outlets and influencers.Handle press releases and inquiries and organise PR Events to generate positive media coverage. Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights.


  • Digital Presence: Co-ordinate with Digital Marketing Head and enhance our online presence through engaging website content, social media management and digital marketing campagains to drive traffic.


  • Market Research: Conduct Market Research to identify current trends and competitors strategies. Use insights to adapt communication strategies and stay ahead in the market.


  • Events Planning: Conceptualise and plan a calendar of events every year and execute the events after discussing with the teams both HO & Campus. To organise atleast 2 events every month and the same has to be promotd on all social media platforms and updated in our website in co-ordination with Digital Marketing Head.


  • Marketing Activities: Ensure that the availability and production of advertisements , promotional materials for all the marketing activities. Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.


  • Online Engagement: Enhance online engagement metrics, including website traffic, social media followers to create seamless omni channel experience in co-ordination with Digital Marketing Head.


  • Media Coverage: Generate positive media coverage through press releases, features and interviews, enhansing brands reputation.


  • Competetor Analysis: Stay informed about competitors marketing strategies and adjust ou communication plans to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Academics Management: Monitoring and Handling a team of faculties of Diploma/B.Design and Course Co-ordinator to discharge their duties effectively.

  • Monitoring course co-ordinator for collection of fees, Partime faculty attendance and salary process, students documents management, time table management, question paper managment, examination co-ordination, students marks cards issues etc.
