We are seeking a highly experienced Senior/Lead Marketing Automation Specialist (SFMC) to take charge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementations, develop multi-channel campaigns, and create advanced automation strategies for clients in various industries. Collaborating closely with internal teams and global stakeholders, you will be instrumental in defining marketing objectives, designing solutions, and executing high-performing customer journeys. You must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and demonstrate proficiency in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Content Builder, and Cloud Pages. Previous experience in implementing or migrating SFMC instances is crucial, along with a solid grasp of lead lifecycle, customer journey mapping, and executing multi-channel campaigns. Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON is required, as well as familiarity with Salesforce CRM Admin functionalities. Additionally, you should possess deep knowledge of email deliverability, performance analytics, and personalization strategies. Experience with Data Views, Discover Reports, and Einstein Engagement is beneficial. The ability to design scalable data models, collaborate with APIs, and manage third-party integrations is essential. Clear and concise communication skills are important as you will be required to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Preferred certifications include SFMC Email Specialist, SFMC Consultant, and Developer. As a Senior/Lead Marketing Automation Specialist, your responsibilities will include leading SFMC implementation projects, overseeing instance setup or migration projects, and managing the process end-to-end. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, leading solution design, and preparing Statements of Work. Building and optimizing email/mobile campaigns and customer journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio will be a key aspect of your role. You will also define and implement lead scoring, nurturing, and routing strategies, as well as design reusable templates, scalable assets, and global campaign frameworks. Ensuring quality delivery through testing tools and QA best practices, enhancing campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics, and monitoring instance health are crucial responsibilities. Maintaining data hygiene, compliance, and adhering to deliverability best practices are also part of the role. You will conduct client discovery sessions, platform audits, and develop automation roadmaps, in addition to providing user training, documentation, and platform enablement support. Furthermore, you will actively explore and provide guidance on AI adoption and innovation in SFMC workflows, staying updated on SFMC product updates and MarTech trends.
