Job Description

As a Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) at our company, you will be instrumental in improving our mobile test automation processes. With 8 to 12 years of experience, you will work in a hybrid model to enhance efficiency and effectiveness during day shifts, without the need for travel, ensuring a balanced work-life integration. Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of mobile test automation strategies to enhance testing efficiency. - Oversee the execution of automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery. - Provide expertise in mobile test automation tools and frameworks to optimize testing processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing issues promptly. - Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality. - Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation to support ongoing testing efforts. - Ensure adherence to best practices in test automation to maintain high standards. - Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing activities with project goals and timelines. - Monitor and report on testing progress to ensure timely delivery of projects. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and tools. - Mentor junior team members to build a strong test automation capability within the team. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices in test automation. - Support the integration of test automation into the overall software development lifecycle. Qualifications: - Possess strong expertise in mobile test automation tools and frameworks. - Demonstrate proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts. - Have a solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve testing issues. - Show capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Display strong communication skills to effectively convey testing insights. - Maintain a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.
