Mandatory Skill Required:

We are seeking an experienced SRE Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives focused on improving the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems. This role bridges the gap between engineering and operations, ensuring smooth execution of SRE-related projects.

The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure alignment between engineering teams and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and operations teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Track progress using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Provide clear communication to stakeholders on status, risks, and outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
• Work closely with Site Reliability Engineers to track progress and remove blockers.
• Manage communication between cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Promote SRE best practices, such as automation, observability, and error budgets.
• Report on key metrics related to uptime, reliability, and performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in DevOps/SRE environments.
• Strong understanding of SRE principles and system architecture.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
