SRE

We are seeking a talented and motivated Tech Lead or Professional to join our team. As an SRE Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance and security of our complex distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is to step up and coach the team during critical situation - troubleshoot and resolving errors, when technical issues occur, must act quickly to analyze available data and find the root cause.
• Strong analytical, deductive reasoning skills, ability to determine best course of action /make sound recommendations.
• Ability to rapidly and effectively understand and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to reason about performance, security and process interactions in complex distributed systems.
• Coordinating with internal teams to understand the concern and provide appropriate solution.
• Passionate about managing operational risks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of diverse multi-disciplined team.
• Motivated, self-organized and have good time and work management skills.
• Candidate will be part of 24 /7 Online systems Team and Primarily will be responsible to ensures systems are at 99.99% uptime maintained.
• Must display a high level of professionalism, sound judgement, commitment, integrity, teamwork and customer service.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of SRE principles and practices
• Must have expert level knowledge on Linux Administration
• Must have expert level knowledge on Infrastructure and Application Monitoring and logs related tools like ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk.
• Having Good knowledge on Querying Database- SQL, Oracle, Redis, Kafka
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, BASH and Ansible
• Good to have Knowledge of Containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience on Configuration Management tools like Ansible, Chef or Puppet.
• Knowledge on network security concepts and protocols
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
