Location: Pune, India

Work Model: Work from Office (Viman Nagar) is mandatory

Experience: 8-10 years

Key Responsibilities
Lead the squad s delivery of cloud infrastructure and platform services. Build, configure, and optimize AWS EKS, Kafka, Cassandra, and MongoDB environments. Implement GitOps pipelines and Terraform-based infrastructure automation. Conduct architecture and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Mentor junior engineers and ensure technical alignment within the team. Work closely with other squads and leadership to integrate platform services seamlessly.

Required Skills 8 10 years of experience in cloud engineering and platform development. Strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), GitOps, ArgoCD, Terraform. Production experience with Kafka, Cassandra, and MongoDB. Solid understanding of distributed system scalability and performance tuning. Ability to lead and deliver projects on time with high quality.
