SRE (Lead)

You will be working from the office located in Viman Nagar, Pune, India. As a candidate with 8-10 years of experience, your main responsibility will involve leading the squad's delivery of cloud infrastructure and platform services. This includes building, configuring, and optimizing AWS EKS, Kafka, Cassandra, and MongoDB environments. You will also be responsible for implementing GitOps pipelines and Terraform-based infrastructure automation. Conducting architecture and code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are maintained will be part of your routine. Additionally, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring technical alignment within the team will be crucial. Collaboration with other squads and leadership to seamlessly integrate platform services is also expected from you. To excel in this role, you must possess 8-10 years of experience in cloud engineering and platform development. Strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), GitOps, ArgoCD, and Terraform is essential. Production experience with Kafka, Cassandra, and MongoDB is also required. A solid understanding of distributed system scalability and performance tuning is crucial for this position.
