Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Key Responsibilities

• Site Reliability Engineering:

• Implement and manage

  monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions

  to ensure high availability and performance of production systems.
• Develop and implement

  automation scripts and tools

  for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational tasks.
• Participate in

  incident response

  , root cause analysis (RCA), and post-mortem discussions to prevent recurrence.
• Drive

  continuous improvement

  in system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Manage

  SLOs/SLAs

  and work to reduce toil through automation.

• Java Development & Automation:

• Utilize

  Java

  to develop and enhance tools, microservices, and automation solutions that support SRE initiatives.
• Implement

  APIs and integrations

  for various system components.
• Contribute to code reviews and ensure high-quality, robust, and performant solutions.

• Power BI for Operational Insights:

• Design, develop, and maintain

  Power BI dashboards and reports

  to visualize system health, performance metrics, incident trends, and operational KPIs.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to support comprehensive reporting.
• Provide actionable insights to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

• UiPath & RPA for Process Automation:

• Identify opportunities for

  Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

  to streamline repetitive operational tasks using

  UiPath

  .
• Design, develop, and deploy

  UiPath robots

  to automate processes, reducing manual effort and human error.
• Monitor and maintain RPA bots, ensuring their stable and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
• Proven experience as a

  Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

  or in a similar DevOps/Operations role.
• Strong proficiency in

  Java development

  with experience building scalable applications or tools.
• Demonstrable experience in designing and building

  Power BI dashboards and reports

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  UiPath

  for developing and deploying RPA solutions.
• Solid understanding of

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with

  monitoring tools

  (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Excellent

  analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  .
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in SRE, cloud platforms, or specific technologies (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer).
• Experience with other programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go).
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ITSM tools.
• Experience with database administration and optimization.
